What is the international flight policy for pregnancy on Air Arabia? (এয়ার এরাবিয়াতে গর্ভাবস্থার জন্য আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইট নীতি কি?)

Air Arabia has always looked towards the safety of their passengers, especially for the expectant mothers. If you are a pregnant woman who is willing to purchase an international ticket on Air Arabia, then before doing that, you need to be aware of their international flight policy for the reservation with pregnancy. The airline understands how much expectant mothers need care, and that's why they have come up with certain regulations, which you can learn from the section below.

Air Arabia policy for Expectant Mothers.

Expectant mothers who are required to fly with Air Arabia please ensure that they have met the traveling needs and criteria. In the case of pregnancy, there are several things to be ensured.

  • Air Arabia can allow a pregnant passenger to fly on their plane if they are up to the 28th weeks without any special medical certificate or form. Still, there will be an Expectant Mother Indemnity Form, which every pregnant mother must fill out at the airport check-in.
  • When you have completed the 28th week and entered the 29th one, Air Arabia will permit you to fly up to the 36th week of pregnancy. Here, you must provide a medical report or letter from the doctor stating that you can fly.
  • Your medical report certificate or letter must explain your condition or stage of pregnancy, like whether you are expecting multiple births or any other cases.
  • Unfortunately, for the safety of the pregnant women, air Arabis has been prohibited from carriage of them if they have crossed the 36th week completely and entered into the 37th one.
  • The medical report, certificate, or letter must be written in english language, signed and stamped by your doctor, who confirms the stage and how many weeks of pregnancy you are, what is the expected date of delivery, and the state of pregnancy. Also, you are healthy and fit to travel on a plane.
  • The medical certificate or letter should not be more than 14 days old.
  • In the case where your delivery has been done and needs to be done, then Air Arabia can only allow you and your infant to be taken after two days or more, and medical clearance is strictly required within seven days of travel.

Regulations need to be kept in mind.

  • Air Arabia has the right to stop you from flying at any point in your travel schedule if they find you are not fit for the travel schedule.
  • There are a few regions where expectant mothers who are of non-national background are restricted from travel; thus, Air Arabia may not help on such routes.
  • You should consult with the embassy before traveling to an international destination where pregnant women are allowed or not and what are the rules and guidelines.
  • Air Arabia suggests every expectant mother not to take the risk of traveling as the date of delivery comes nearest.
  • Keep all the medications, food items, or other essential thing handy or in your carry-on so that you can comfortably complete your journey
  • Ask the check-in executive for priority boarding so that you can get enough time to sit on the aircraft.

How many weeks of pregnancy are pregnant in Australia permitted to travel?

According to the Air Arabia policy for the expectant mother, pregnant passengers can only be allowed to travel on the plane if they have less than 28th weeks of pregnancy without any medical clearance and less than 36th weeks of pregnancy with a medical report or doctor's letter. Above the 36th week of pregnancy, any of the passengers may not be able to travel with Air Arabia, and the airlines also recommend staying away from traveling until it is not urgent.
