  • The remaining value of the flight ticket can be used late for new bookings.
• Semi-Flexible Fare
  • Cancellation before the flight is permitted, and you will get refunds that are subject to specified deductions. 
  • Cancellation after the flight departure: A refund is allowed, but only the remaining fare value and the flight cost will be taken as a deduction.
  • There may be re-issuance of the ticket, but a refund is not allowed. 
• Flexible Fare
  • Some tickets are refundable whereas some are not.
  • Business Prime fares are permitted for refunds without any charge. 
  • No-show penalties do not result in refunds, but only taxes are reimbursed in the form of travel credits that can be used for new bookings.

Economy Class Refund Policy:-

• Economy Promotion Fare-
  • When someone cancels an economy-class flight ticket at Turkish Airlines, they cannot get a refund.
  • Only the taxes are permitted to be refunded in the form of travel Credit.
• Semi-Flexible Economy Fare-
  • No refund once the flight takes off. Only taxes can be claimed.

• Economy Flex Fare-
  • Once the flight has departed and cancellation is requested, the equivalent fare value after deduction of the flight cost will be given.
  • There will be no refund for the fare in case of a no-show, and there may be an implied No-Show penalty fee.
